About Us

The Boston Wedding Photographers Guild is a community of professional photographers who are dedicated to constantly improving their art, are committed to working together to achieve success in our industry, and work tirelessly to deliver excellent images and service to our clients.

Our members have strong professional ties to the Boston area. In addition to working locally, many of our members travel on assignment nationally and internationally.  Guild members are all active in mentoring and helping other photography studios grow their businesses and achieve their goals.

Mission: Through mentoring, community building, networking and PR, the Boston Photographers Guild wishes to elevate the local and national stature and success of wedding photographers who have professional ties to Boston. Guild members are committed to fostering a community where photographers are inspired and enabled to support each others’ positive business growth and success.

All members of the Boston Wedding Photographers Guild have met these criteria:

1. have an active professional web presence.

2. three or more years in business

3. nominated by at least one other Guild member

4. based in Boston, or perform a significant portion of their work in Boston

5. committed to the mission of the Boston Photographers Guild.
